Eligibility and requesting approval
Eligible returns: within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Standard returns generally require unused/original condition, original parts/accessories, packaging where reasonably possible, and proof of purchase/order details. Email your order number, item, reason, and relevant photos/videos before shipping. Following review/approval, we provide warehouse instructions; do not automatically use the registered address.
Costs and order problems
Customers generally pay preference/change-of-mind return shipping. Report damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods promptly with order details and relevant photos/videos. Product/fulfillment errors receive an appropriate reviewed replacement, refund, or return arrangement without additional error-related costs to you.
Inspection and refunds
Returns may be inspected for eligibility. After approved items arrive and are inspected, refunds generally take 5–10 business days to the original payment method; banks/providers may need additional posting time.
Cancellations
Email promptly before fulfillment. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipping starts. Successfully canceling before fulfillment incurs no cancellation fee.
